Sushanth is the Founder and CEO of OncoAssign, a precision oncology company developing diagnostics for GI cancers, and serves on the Board of a stealth aerospace and defence company. He brings extensive commercial leadership experience from Ricardo plc, a multinational engineering business, where he held senior roles including Vice President, EMEA, and Global Director for Aerospace. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and project management positions at Ford and AVL, and worked extensively across the automotive supply chain.

At Ricardo, Sushanth built the Aerospace division from the ground up, establishing operations across Europe and North America. Within three years, he secured over $100m in long-term contracts with major industry players including Pratt & Whitney Canada, BAE Systems, and Leonardo Helicopters. Under his leadership, the business developed critical systems for helicopters, combat aircraft, and UAVs, and played an instrumental role in developing the propulsion system for one of the world's first hydrogen-powered aircraft.

Sushanth holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Motorsport Engineering from Coventry University. He grew up in Bangalore, India, raced motorcycles in the Himalayas, and went on to make attempts at motorcycle endurance speed records internationally. He now lives in London with his wife, Theodora, where he continues to build classic cars and motorcycles, and has recently returned to racing with his sights set on the Dakar Rally.
