Seth Baklor is a seasoned industrial engineer and operations leader currently serving at Anduril Industries with a focus on materials and autonomy. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Innovation Officer and Director of Simulation and Industrial Engineering at Integrated Insight, where he provided specialized operation and capacity consulting for major theme parks , attractions, and resorts. His extensive engineering background spans high-impact positions across the tech, automotive, and logistics sectors, including roles as a Supply Chain Engineering Manager at Rivian, an Operations Optimization Manager for Virgin Voyages, and core operational and fulfillment engineering positions at both Amazon and Ford Motor Company.

Throughout his career, Seth has established a track record of driving efficiency and maximizing throughput across complex, capital-intensive systems. At Integrated Insight, he successfully spearheaded the development of advanced simulation models to optimize guest experiences and capacity planning for world-class hospitality brands. His legacy also includes designing and implementing critical material flow and supply chain frameworks during a pivotal growth phase at Rivian, orchestrating deep operational optimization strategies for Virgin Voyages’ fleet launch, and delivering scalable logistics and material handling solutions for massive fulfillment and manufacturing footprints at Amazon and Ford.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He currently resides with his family in Statham, Georgia. Outside of his professional endeavors, Seth is deeply committed to STEM outreach and education, volunteering for nearly two decades as a mentor, judge, and regional coordinator for the MATE Underwater Robotics competition. He is also an avid advanced technology enthusiast with a keen passion for electric vehicles, autonomous driving systems, and aviation.
