Andréa Melone is Chief of Staff at EERO, working across strategy, operations, communications, and special projects to help translate the company’s ambitious vision for aviation into coordinated action.

Andréa began her career in China and later spent several years at the U.S. headquarters of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in New York. She then spent nearly a decade working with early-stage and emerging-technology ventures in Southern California across research, cybersecurity, blockchain, and health and wellness.

She is particularly drawn to work at the intersection of design, technology, and meaningful real-world change. Working inside small, fast-moving organizations has given her a deliberately broad operating range spanning creative strategy, product and brand development, operations, and communications. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with founders and leadership teams to bring structure to complex ideas and move them from concept to implementation.

At EERO, Andréa serves as connective tissue across the organization, helping align the people, ideas, partners, and priorities behind EERO NEXUS.
